2022 was a fantastic year for Reliant Rubber.
As such, we are looking to kick off 2023 by increasing our employee headcount to cater to our positive growth.
We are now on the lookout for a Lathe Operator for our shop floor. This person will be part of a team carrying out the covering, turning, grinding of rubber rollers.
This job role is varied and includes a wide skill set, such as centre lathe work, cylindrical grinding, mechanical lifting implements and hands-on building.
Full training will be given for candidates who do not hold experience in the vulcanising of rubber products. Ideal candidate needs to have worked previously on manual centre lathes.
